How to install Tiger turf
synthetic grass in three easy stages
Installing synthetic turf is not as difficult as
you may think. Whether you are installing a large or small area
the principles are the same. Click on the appropriate stage for
further information.
The base preparation is similar to that of
pavers. The base must be hard and not affected by water. It is
also important to have a good edge to retain the base and give
the artificial grass a neat edge to finish
against.
The laying of the long pile synthetic grass is
similar to laying carpet only a lot
easier. There are 5 easy steps to follow. The
turf is sold per broad loom metre which is 1 metre x 3.66metres
wide. If your have trouble working out how much turf to order,
send us a rough sketch and we can help with the lay out plan to
minimise the wasteage.
In stage 3 we give you some handy hints to make it easier and
some general steps to keep your Tiger turf synthetic grass
looking great.
